Political Cartoons

Political cartoons have always had a place in America. Since our beginnings, cartoons have been used to poke fun at and bring attention to affairs that affected people.

How did the colonial people use cartoons? They did not have TV, or movies, or the internet, or even cameras. They had to make drawings and use the newspapers. Their method of "going viral" was slower, but quite effective.
